Apple & Quince Sparkling Wine

Bottled method ancestrale the day after the winter solstice, during a short break in our once a year Orcas snowstorm, Apricus marks the day the light began its slow return. Island pink pearl apples & old heirlooms pressed with crabapples & quince yield a golden, complex & juicy coferment sparkler. Indeed, she brings the light. 

Our wines are made by us – right here on Orcas Island, in the same place we’ve been making preserves for nearly ten years. We do all of it by hand, and it’s laborious, but so worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
