Our very first still wine; we’re thrilled to release this sumptuous reflection of orchard life on Orcas Island.

A multiyear exploration of terroir, and all the blossoms. 2021 vintage island apples & quince pressed in the fall and fermented slow over the winter and spring till still. Awakened with foraged high summer 2022 blackberries and aged in the bottle for over a year. Nectar drinks like a wild, orchard driven floral rosé. She’s ready for you.

Our wines are made by us – right here on Orcas Island, in the same place we’ve been making preserves for nearly ten years. We do all of it by hand, and it’s laborious, but so worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
