Born of a month-long semi-carbonic maceration of sound view Italian plums, this crown jewel was co-fermented in neutral French oak barrels with cider & dessert apples, winter pears, and quince from one lone Crow Valley tree – all from 100+ year old heritage Orcas Island orchards. Aged on lees for 8 months, then disgorged. Cheers to the queens and orchard dames, who bud and blossom, year after year, and bear their exquisite fruit. 

Our wines are made by us – right here on Orcas Island, in the same place we’ve been making preserves for nearly ten years. We do all of it by hand, and it’s laborious, but so worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
