Grown on Orcas Island from hand harvested orchard fruit, our wines are pressed by us, spontaneously fermented & bottled method ancestrale for natural bubbles.

We don’t have a grape growing tradition on Orcas Island, but we’re abundant with orchard legacy, and old trees as dense as century old vines – a sight to behold. Come taste with us.

We make island grown pét-nats with minimal intervention from the fruit of very special heritage trees – eschewing traditional wine barriers. We add no sulfites or yeast and allow the native flora of each orchard to make wine the way nature intended. Our fruit is cofermented together in neutral French wooden barrels, racked instead of filtered & bottled before fermentation has finished for a completely natural effervescence.

Making wine is about what is possible. It is the culmination of a decade working with Orcas Island fruit and wanting more from less, naturally –  for us, it is the final expression of what this fruit can do, and the story it has to tell.

Our shop and tasting room is located on the outskirts of the island hamlet of Eastsound and we welcome tastings by appointment.

Experience terroir expressive orchards through minimal intervention petillant natural fruit wines.
